Offenses involving drugs and narco-terrorism are found in Part D of the federal guidelines. Unlawful manufacturing, importing, exporting, trafficking, or possession; attempt and conspiracy are found in §2D1.1. https://guidelines.ussc.gov/gl/%C2%A72D1.1
Even if you plead guilty or lose at trial, the sentencing hearing becomes critical to your success in federal court.
